Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy and use a SalonOS license from this website. By buying, you agree to them.

The license

• A license lets you install and use SalonOS for your business on the number of web addresses your plan allows.
• A subscription license runs for the period you paid for and renews only when you renew it. A lifetime license doesn't expire and includes updates for the years shown on its plan.
• You may not resell, share or publish the software or your license key, or remove its license checks.

Payment

• Prices are shown before you pay, with any tax. Payment is taken by our payment providers.
• Your license key is sent after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

See our refund policy. If you're refunded, the license is cancelled.

Your hosting and data

SalonOS runs on hosting you choose and pay for. You're responsible for your hosting, your backups and the data you keep in SalonOS, including your customers' information under the privacy laws that apply to you.

Updates and support

Updates are available while your license includes them. We aim to keep SalonOS working well, but it's provided as it is, without other promises.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases and renewals.
