This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, buy a SalonOS license or use your account, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, business name and phone number, the plan you chose and your order details.
Payments: handled by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay). We never see or store your card details; we keep the provider's payment reference.
Your installation: when SalonOS checks its license, it sends the license key, the web address it runs at, its version and an installation id. It never sends your salon's customers, bookings or other business data.
Emails: we keep a record of the license, renewal and reminder emails we send you.

To issue, renew and check your license, and to send your license key and download link.
To send reminders before your license renews or ends, and to answer your questions.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

SalonOS runs on your own hosting. Your customers, bookings, invoices and staff stay in your own database; we have no access to them.

For as long as you have a license with us, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Contact us at the address below.
